【摘要】:1ThisEuropeanStandardappliesforthedesign,installationandcommissioningoftransferplatformsandcarsandancillarydevicesfortheprocessrelatedtransportofceramicmaterialonrails.Therails,whichareconsideredtobehorizontalandthemovementofvehiclesinequipmentandmachineryconnectedwiththeprocessrelatedtransportsuchaskilns,dryers,collectorscaffolds,machineryforloadingandunloadingarealsocovered.2ThisEuropeanStandarddealswithallsignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandeventsrelevanttotransferplatformsandcars,whentheyareusedasintendedandundertheconditionsforeseenbythemanufacturer(seeClause4).Noiseisnotasignificanthazard.Thisdocumentdealswiththepreventivemeasurestominimisethesehazardswhichcanariseduringcommissioning,theoperationandmaintenance.3ThisEuropeanStandardisnotapplicableto:3.1kilnsanddryers(seeEN746-1:1997),machineryforsettinganddehackingofheavyclayandrefractory,productsandmachineryforloadingandunloadingoffineclaytiles;3.2retrial,packagingandstorageoffinishedproducts;3.3transportofcarswithnotrailmountedequipmente.g.withdriverlesstrucks(seeEN1525:1997);3.4transferplatformsandcarswhicharedrivenbyhumanpower.4ThisEuropeanStandardisnotapplicabletotransferplatformsandcarsandancillarydeviceswhicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationofthisEuropeanStandardbyCEN.
