【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletoanyprojectwithatechnologicalcontent.Itmayalsoapplytootherprojects.Itprovidesageneralintroductiontoprojectriskmanagement,itssubprocessesandinfluencingfactors.Thesesubprocessesare:-establishingthecontext,includingconfirmationofprojectobjectives;-riskidentification;-riskassessment,includingriskanalysisandevaluation;-risktreatment;-reviewandmonitoring;-communication(includingconsultation);-learningfromtheproject.Guidelinesareprovidedontheorganizationalrequirementsforimplementingtheprocessofriskmanagementappropriatetothevariousphasesofaproject.Itisrecognizedthat,incertaincircumstances,itmaybeinappropriatetoincludealltheclausesofthisstandardwithinacontract.Accordingly,thisstandardshouldonlybeconsideredasformingpartofacontract-howeverthatcontractmaybeformed-ifthepartiestothatcontractexplicitlycalluponandrefertothisstandard(orpartsthereof)andrequireittobeincludedwithinthecontract.
