【摘要】:1.1ProductdefinitionThisspecificationcontainstheinitial,startoflifedimensional,optical,mechanicalandenvironmentalperformancerequirementswhichaterminatedandassembledsinglemodeMF4-fold-connectorset(forbackplaneapplications)mustmeetinordertobecategorisedasanENstandardproduct.Sincedifferentvariantsandgradesofperformancearepermitted,productmarkingdetailsaregivenin3.5.1.2IntermateabilityAlthoughallproductsconformingtotherequirementsofthisstandardwillintermate,theresultinglevelofrandomattenuationperformancewillonlybeensuredinaccordancewithTable1.Theintentionisthatthiswillbetrueirrespectiveofthemanufacturingsource(s)oftheproduct.Whenintermatingplugvariantshavingdifferentattenuationgrades,theresultinglevelofattenuationcannotbeassuredtobeanybetterthantheworstattenuationgrade.TheintermatingofagradeCplugwithagradeBplugwillresultinanuncertainlevelofrandomattenuationperformance.1.3OperatingenvironmentThetestsselectedcombinedwiththeseveritiesanddurationsarederivedfromthecategoryCenvironment,accordingtoEN61753-1.1.4ReliabilityWhilsttheanticipatedservicelifeexpectancyoftheproductinthisenvironmentis20years,compliancewiththisspecificationdoesnotguaranteethereliabilityoftheproduct.Thisshouldbepredictedusingarecognisedreliabilityassessmentprogramme.1.5QualityassuranceCompliancewiththisspecificationdoesnotguaranteethemanufacturingconsistencyoftheproduct.Thisshouldbemaintainedusingarecognisedqualityassuranceprogramme.
