【摘要】:ISO15614-7:2007specifieshowapreliminaryweldingprocedurespecificationforoverlayweldingisqualifiedbyweldingproceduretests.ISO15614-7:2007definestheconditionsforcarryingoutweldingproceduretestsandtherangeofqualificationforweldingproceduresforallpracticalweldingoperationswithintherangeofvariableslistedinClause8.Additionaltestsmayberequiredbyapplicationstandards.ISO15614-7:2007appliestoallweldingprocessessuitableforoverlaywelding.ISO15614-7:2007isapplicabletoallnewweldingprocedures.However,itdoesnotinvalidatepreviousweldingproceduretestsmadetoformernationalstandardsorspecifications.Whereadditionaltestsarecarriedouttomakethequalificationtechnicallyequivalent,theyareonlydoneonatestpiecemadeinaccordancewithISO15614-7:2007.ISO15614-7:2007doesnotapplytooverlayweldingwherecracksareintentionallyproduced(e.g.specialhardfacingapplications).
